How much does the Quality Assurance Assessment cost? $99 per hour/consulting fee.
What are the Time Frames for completion? One, Two or Three Business days.
***The Time Frames for service is largely dependent on the size of the facility and the number of potential violations or the number of observed, potential safety concerns.
The Quality Assurance Assessments are complete comprehensive assessments, evaluations of policies, procedures, the overall residential environment, the quality of service delivery and resident safety.
Information for the Quality Assurance Assessment is gathered two ways, those two ways are Offsite and Onsite:
1. Onsite; the information is gathered while physically at the facility, center or home. The information will be based on observation and interaction with residents, personnel, and reviewing non HIPPA protected, procedural documentation.
2. Offsite; the information will be gathered through the use of available public information entities such as the governing authority, complaints, violations and compliance history.
Once the Quality Assurance Assessment is completed, the information is organized and evaluated. The identified areas of concerns are assigned levels of risk. A risk is determined by the severity of the concern and the potential regulatory violation.
The levels of risk are Immediate Risk, High Risk, Medium Risk and Low Risk.
The Quality Assurance Assessment is delivered in three steps:
-Step One, real time as areas of concerned are observed;
-Step Two, Review and Discussion after completion of the Quality Assurance Assessment.
-Step Three, “The Satori Solution” a Quality Assurance Assessment Report. The report lists all areas of concern along with potential solutions. It is important to note; this step is optional. The Quality Assurance Assessment Report, costs an additional $99. However, the information provided in the report, provides invaluable potential solutions.
The Quality Assurance Assessment Report will be delivered, no later than two business days following the conclusion of Step Two, the review and discussion. The fee is $200 for one business day following the conclusion of Step Two. (This rate is subject to change, based on the number of concerns and the size of the facility.)
Satori Solutions LLC training classes are effectively delivered in both two- or four-hour time blocks, based on the number of attendees. The training are interactive, with an emphasis on adult learning.
The cost for the training class is $99 per hour.
Satori Solutions also offers an annual training package that includes, two additional training classes. Leadership Training and Service Provider Engagement. All four training classes will be completed in 12 months of initial start date for $500.
